How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Times vary depending on the complexity of your
order. Your order will arrive in approx. 8-12 days.

A: You may exhcange your purchase
for any reason within 30 days from date of purchase. Sale items will be charged for shipping fees. All purchases

3. Q: I ordered the same shirt as my friend, why is it different?
A: Every order is custom and unique. No two shirts are exactly
identical. If you have received an item with custom hand dye work,
expect a variation of color, texture, and pattern. Hand dying items
is an art as well as a science, and each piece is absolutely original.
4. Q: Will my order come out like I want it to?
A:
Gorgeous killah is a design wizard. We simplify the creative process for you.
Unsure
about your order? Don’t worry, your garment will be amazing.
Just understand that you are creating art, variations occur.
5. Q:
My order is not correct, how do I change it?
A: You can edit your basket’s contents before
checking out. Once you place your order and check out, it is final. If you contact us before we have fulfilled your order
we may be able to correct the errors. If not, you must return the merchandise according to our return policies.
We will make sure you are happy and satisfied!
6. Q: How should I care for my garment?
A: If you would like the vibrance
of the images & dye work to stay exactly as they were when new, Dry clean when needed. If you do
not mind the dye fading considerably, and the images softening, taking on a vintage look, hand wash cold, and gentle
dry. Do not iron over art work or text.
7. Q: How do I use my discount login name and password.
A: You will be prompted to enter your discount login
name and password after
Checkout. Your basket contents and invoice should reflect your savings. You may have to hit your browser refresh button.

8. Q: How do I put my own words or phrases on my garment?
A: Text
is considered an image. Enter the desired text, font, and position, in
Image boxes 1, 2, 3 or 4. If you want embroidered letters (ex. monograms)
please specify. Grammar and spelling will not be corrected!
9. Q: Are the images silkscreen?
A: No,
they are applied using state of the art commercial grade image transfer materials. The quality is superb and your images life
span is comparable to silkscreen images. With time the images appear antiqued and vintage.
10. Q: How do I become an affiliate and make 25%
of every sale I’m responsible for?
A: Easy, click Affiliate Sign Ups, or just contact a gorgeouskillah rep. and they will be happy to assist you. It doesn’t
take much time at all. There is no charge. You will receive your own webpage, email, and link code. You will receive your
check in the mail everytime you generate $50.00 or more . All you have to do is open your big mouth and
blab to the world you are selling clothes on your website. The average order is $75. If you generate 50 sales a month,
that would be an extra $1000 bucks for you to spend. It may not seem like much, but all you are doing is talking, might as
well get some cash for that persuasive attitude you have.

11. Q: I’d like to display some of my own
T-shirt image designs on gorgeouskillah.com, is that possible?
A: You bet! We deal with all the hard work while
you promote your clothing line. It’s not hard. You give us your art work and we will handle the production, order processing,
and shipping. All moneys earned are wired directly to your account of choice bi weekly. You earn 20% of every order you generate.
Just think, your own T-shirt Company on your own website, sweet! Whether you’re a boarder, recording artist, or design

12. Q: I’d like to make a wholesale order
$300 or more can I get a better deal than what you have listed?
A: Of coarse you can. We always
accommodate friends. To sign up click here. If you do not want to wait 1 business day for account activation, simply call after
completing the In Stock Wholesale form and we will activate your account immedietely. Be sure to include your EIN. Give

13. Q: I have my own image that I would like to put on a garment, how do I do it?
A: 1. Simple, select your garment.
2. Fill out the image# box(s) with your image file’s name. (ex. Picofme.jpg.)
3. Specify the Image position and size.
4. Select your size, color, and quantity.
5. Complete your order at checkout
6. Then email us adding your invoice number and name to
the subject line with your image in jpg., gif., or, png. format as an attachment. mailto:orderinquires@gorgeouskillah.com. Or, simply reply to your order confirmation email that we sent you and follow
step six. Instructions about uploading pictures in emails are provided by your email
server.
General instructions: Open your email center as though
you were sending an email as usual.

Then attach the file containing your picture.
If you’d like, you can list any special request.
Select send and wait for a confirmation.
Remember to add the order confirmation number to
the subject header. This will expedite your orders completion. Your order confirmation number can be found on your invoice
after completing your order. So, you must order before emailing your personal image.
